Reservations confirmed once payment is processed. Sedan rates only. Pet / Animal free ride service
Cancellation Policy:
• 24h+ notice: Full refund
• 12–24h notice: 50% refund
• Under 12h or no-show: No refund
One free reschedule if requested 12+ hours before pickup. Crown & Key is not responsible for delays due to weather or road closures.
Additional Fees:
• Wait time automatically charged at 50¢ per waiting minute if driver have to wait on client
• Airport surcharge: $10
• Late-night surcharge (10pm–12am): +10%
